Special Thanksgiving Deliveries

We delivered a special surprise for our families for Thanksgiving. Plus, an update from Jahir and his family.

Last Thursday, we once again delivered customized Thanksgiving dinners to the four families at our Yellow Door apartments. A BIG shoutout to Wegmans for supplying the groceries again this year and to the Kindlers and Gehrs for the homemade baked goods.

During the dinner deliveries, we got to visit with 10-year old Jahir and his family. Jahir recently underwent a successful heart transplant. His transplant was necessitated due to heart failure from Muscular Dystrophy, which the family never knew he had!
